Skutki ogłoszenia upadłości dla upadłego

dc.abstract.enThis work consists of four chapters. The first one is an introduction to the topic of declaring bankruptcy, sources of regulation of the effects of declaring bankruptcy and the taxonomy of the types of effects of declaring bankruptcy. The second chapter contains information about the material legal consequences of declaring bankruptcy and the impact of bankruptcy on various spheres of the bankrupt's activity. The third chapter discusses issues related to the ineffectiveness and appealability of the bankrupt's legal actions.
dc.abstract.plNiniejsza praca składa się z czterech rozdziałów. Pierwszy z nich stanowi wprowadzenie do tematyki ogłoszenia upadłości, źródeł regulacji skutków ogłoszenia upadłości oraz systematyki rodzajów skutków ogłoszenia upadłości. W drugim rozdziale znajdują się informacje o materialnoprawnych skutkach ogłoszenia upadłości i wpływu upadłości na różne sfery działalności upadłego. W rozdziale trzecim omówione zostały kwestie związane z bezskutecznością oraz zaskarżalnością czynności prawnych upadłego.
