| dc.abstract.en | Legal aspects of forest protection in Poland are an extremely important instrument in preserving forests for future generations as an element of national heritage. The analysis of the history and sources of forest law allowed to fully demonstrate the complexity of the issue forest in Poland. Additionally, the problem of forest administration responsible for shaping permanently sustainable forest management was raised. The last chapter discusses the topic of investments in forest areas that are the object of interest private investors and the state. |
| dc.abstract.pl | Prawne aspekty ochrony lasów w Polsce stanowią niezwykle istotny instrument w zachowaniu lasów dla przyszłych pokoleń jako elementu dziedzictwa narodowego. Analiza historii oraz źródeł prawa leśnego pozwoliła na pełne ukazanie złożoności problematyki leśnej w Polsce. Dodatkowo poruszony został problem administracji leśne odpowiedzialnej za kształtowanie trwale zrównoważonej gospodarki leśnej. W ostatnim rozdziale został natomiast poruszony temat inwestycji na terenach lasów, będących obiektem zainteresowania inwestorów prywatnych jak i państwa. |
