Cyberbezpieczeństwo infrastruktury krytycznej w wybranych państwach NATO

dc.abstract.enThesis presents the cyber security of the critical infrastructure of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) countries: Poland, the United States and Estonia. It considers the historical outline, elements of critical infrastructure particularly vulnerable to attack in cyberspace, methods of securing and combating threats, and describes international cooperation: with members of the Alliance and the European Union. It presents issues related to the challenges of cyber defense of critical infrastructure. An analysis is based on countries' legal acts, strategies and priorities in the field of cyber security. The various elements of critical infrastructure are listed, with a breakdown of those most necessary to maintain the functionality of countries and their citizens. Describes the various systems centered around crisis management with entities responsible for CI security. The examples presents successful attacks and the responses sought to stop further attacks make it easier to understand the importance of critical infrastructure in our lives.
dc.abstract.plNiniejsza praca przedstawia cyberbezpieczeństwo infrastruktury krytycznej państw Organizacji Traktatu Północnoatlantyckiego (NATO): Polski, Stanów Zjednoczonych i Estonii. Uwzględnienia ona zarys historyczny, elementy infrastruktury krytycznej szczególnie narażone na atak w cyberprzestrzeni, metody zabezpieczeń i zwalczania zagrożeń oraz opisuje współpracę międzynarodową: z członkami Sojuszu i Unią Europejską. Przedstawia problematykę związaną z wyzwaniami dotyczącymi cyberobrony infrastruktury krytycznej. Dokonano analizy aktów prawnych poszczególnych państw, strategii i priorytetów z zakresu cyberbezpieczeństwa. Wymienione zostają poszczególne elementów infrastruktury krytycznej z uwzględnieniem podziału na te najbardziej niezbędne do utrzymania funkcjonalności państw i ich obywateli. Opisuje poszczególne systemy skupione wokół zarządzania kryzysowego z podmiotami odpowiedzialnymi za bezpieczeństwo IK. Podane przykłady skutecznych ataków i reakcje dążące do powstrzymania kolejnych ułatwiają zrozumienie znaczenia infrastruktury krytycznej w naszym życiu.
