| dc.abstract.en | Population ageing is, on the one hand, a natural and inevitable process that occurs in every highly developed economy and, on the other hand, the biggest challenge for modern states, economies and entrepreneurs. This problem is already beginning to affect Poland as well.This study aims to draw attention to the problem of the ageing of the Polish population. The structure of the article is as follows: the essence of old age, ageing and the classification of the elderly are explained, then the demographic changes that are taking place in Polish society are examined. Finally, the most significant conclusions are presented. |
