Strategie adaptacyjne uchodźców ukraińskich w Europe Środkowej na przykładzie Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej po 24 lutego 2022 r.

dc.abstract.enThis research delves into the adaptation strategies of Ukrainian refugees in Central Europe, specifically focusing on Poland after the Russia’s full invasion into Ukraine on the 24th of February 2022. The study explores this subject from various angles. Firstly, it provides an overview of the context, outlining the influx of Ukrainian refugees into Poland during the specified period. Subsequently, the analysis delves into the formal documentation and policies initiated by the Polish government to accommodate and integrate the incoming Ukrainian refugees. Furthermore, the study looks into the personal experiences and narratives of the Ukrainian refugees themselves, exploring their adaptation strategies, challenges faced, and their perceptions of integration into Polish and Czech societies. It creates a comprehensive understanding of how these individuals cope, adapt, and construct their own narratives amidst the challenges of displacement and resettlement in a new country.
dc.abstract.plNiniejsze badanie zagłębia się w strategie adaptacyjne ukraińskich uchodźców w Europie Środkowej, koncentrując się w szczególności na Polsce po pełnej inwazji Rosji do Ukrainy 24 lutego 2022 roku. Badanie analizuje ten temat z różnych perspektyw. Po pierwsze, zawiera przegląd kontekstu, przedstawiając napływ ukraińskich uchodźców do Polski w określonym okresie. Następnie analiza zagłębia się w formalną dokumentację i politykę zainicjowaną przez polski rząd w celu przyjęcia i integracji napływających ukraińskich uchodźców. Co więcej, badanie analizuje osobiste doświadczenia i narracje samych ukraińskich uchodźców, badając ich strategie adaptacyjne, wyzwania, przed którymi stanęli, oraz ich postrzeganie integracji z polskim i czeskim społeczeństwem. Pozwala to na kompleksowe zrozumienie, w jaki sposób osoby te radzą sobie, adaptują się i konstruują własne narracje w obliczu wyzwań związanych z wysiedleniem i przesiedleniem do nowego kraju.
