Prawo do emerytury z FUS po obniżeniu wieku emerytalnego

dc.abstract.enOn October 1, 2017 the retirement age in Poland has been lowered to 60 for women and 65 for men, reversing the gradual increase of the retirement age that came into effect in 2013. The article analyses the old-age pension entitlements in the light of the reform.
dc.abstract.plOd 1 października 2017 r. obowiązują przepisy nowej ustawy o emeryturach i rentach z FUS, na mocy której powszechny wiek emerytalny został obniżony do co najmniej 60 lat dla kobiet i co najmniej 65 lat dla mężczyzn. Artykuł analizuje prawo do emerytury w kontekście tej zmiany legislacyjnej.
