Znaczenie pojęcia transcendencji w przeprowadzonej przez Trentowskiego krytyce spekulacji Hegla
| dc.abstract.pl | Obszarem badawczym rozprawy jest historia filozofii. Jej temat stanowi epistemologiczne pojęcie transcendencji obecne w przeprowadzonej przez Trentowskiego krytyce Hegla. Pojęcie transcendencji określam jako coś niepoznawalnego. Czynię to w celu wskazania, że w stworzonych przez Hegla ramach dla filozofii spekulatywnej brak miejsca na tak rozumianą transcendencję, co ukazuję biorąc na warsztat wiele możliwych wersji filozofii uprawianej w tych ramach. Protagonistą mojej rozprawy jest Bronisław Trentowski: polski filozof, żyjący w XIX w., autor swojego własnego systemu filozoficznego. Biorę pod uwagę wszystkie jego główne dzieła, a także wiele mniej ważnych, w tym pewne listy; jako najważniejsze rozpoznaję jego Myślinię, z r. 1844. Pokazuję, że jego termin "transcendentalność" może być interpretowany jako szczególnego rodzaju transcendencja - w epistemologicznym znaczeniu wskazanym wyżej. Odpowiednio, przedstawiam różne pomysły Trentowskiego na możliwe sposoby wejścia w relację z "transcendentalnością" jako możliwe sposoby wejścia w relację z transcendencją. Znajduję trzy takie sposoby w jego pismach: dogmatyzm, wieszczenie oraz właściwą filozofię. Tylko ta trzecia jest w stanie połączyć dwa fundamentalne elementy poznania: prawdopodobieństwo i prawdę. Na końcu rozprawy, pokazane są konsekwencje mojego zastosowania teorii Trentowskiego do zagadnień filozofii praktycznej, w tym filozofii historii. |
| dc.abstract.pl | The research area of the thesis is history of philosophy. Its subject is epistemological concept of transcendence present in Trentowski’s critique of Hegel. I define the concept as something impossible to cognize (to make an object of cognition). It is done in order to point out the lack of the place for the transcendence in the Hegelian framework of speculative philosophy, which is outlined by me in many possible versions. The protagonist of my thesis is Bronisław Trentowski: Polish philosopher, living in the 19th century, author of his own philosophical system. I take into account all of his main works, and also many less important, including some letters; as the most important I identify his Logic (Myślini), from 1844. I show that his term “transcendentalność” could be interpreted as a specific kind of transcendence - in the epistemological meaning mentioned above. Accordingly, I present his notions about possible ways to get into a relation with “transcendentalność” as the possible ways to get into relation with the transcendence. I trace three such ways in his writings: dogmatism, “wieszczenie” (art seen as a prophecy) and proper philosophy. Only the third is able to combine two fundamental elements of cognition: verisimilitude (“prawdopodobieństwo”) and truth (“prawda”). In the end of the thesis, the consequences of my adaptation of Trentowski’s theories to the practical philosophy are shown, including philosophy of history. |
