Między prawami indywidualnymi a dobrem wspólnym. Krytyka teorii Johna Rawlsa z perspektywy koncepcji Michaela Hardta i Antonio Negriego

dc.abstract.enThe work focuses on the critique of John Rawls' liberal theories from a Marxist perspective, represented by Hardt and Negri. Within the framework of the analysis, the most important element is the individual’s subjective entitlement in relation to the concept of the common good. This issue will be discussed by comparing Rawls' proposed principles of justice with the concept of multitude, which forms a fundamental point in Hardt and Negri's theory. These elements of the authors' theories are fundamentally different, and their comparison provides insight into the methods used by the authors. While this comparison does not aim to be a comprehensive analysis of the views of the aforementioned authors, it will allow for noticing the differences in their perspectives on the relationship between individual entitlements and the common good.
dc.abstract.plPraca skupia się na krytyce liberalnych teorii Johna Rawlsa z perspektywy marksistowskiej, reprezentowanej przez Hardta i Negriego. W ramach analizy tematu najważniejszym elementem jest uprawnienie podmiotowe jednostki w odniesieniu do pojęcia dobra wspólnego. Problem ten zostanie omówiony poprzez porównanie postulowanych przez Rawlsa zasad sprawiedliwości oraz pojęcia wielości, stanowiącego podstawowy punkt koncepcji Hardta i Negriego. Te elementy teorii autorów są zasadniczo odmienne, a ich porównanie pozwala na wgląd w metody, jakimi posługują się autorzy. Porównanie to, nie będąc kompleksową analizą poglądów wyżej wymienionych autorów, pozwoli jednak na zauważenie różnicy w poglądach na relację uprawnień indywidualnych jednostki i dobra wspólnego.
