Kraina wódki (Jiǔguó) oraz Męczarnie kołowrotu życia i śmieci (Shēngsǐ píláo) Mo Yana jako przykłady chińskiej powieści postmodernistycznej

dc.abstract.enThe aim of the work is a critical analysis of the metafictional narratives of two novels by Mo Yan: The Republic of Wine (Jiǔguó, 酒国) and Life and Death Are Wearing Me Out (Shēngsǐ píláo, 生死疲劳). Assuming that both novels are deeply embedded in both the Chinese literary tradition and Western postmodern poetics, the author puts forward the thesis that they are an example of Chinese postmodern novel. In the first chapter, the author introduces the theoretical and literary context needed to specify the most important elements of the poetics of the postmodern novel, the second chapter presents the issue of postmodern literature in the Chinese context. The next three chapters contain an analysis of the novels The Republic of Wine and Life and Death Are Wearing Me Out in the context of the theoretical and literary categories presented in the introductory chapters and the specificity of Chinese postmodernism.
dc.abstract.plCelem pracy jest analiza krytyczna metafikcyjnych narracji dwóch powieści Mo Yana: Kraina wódki (Jiǔguó, 酒国) oraz Męczarnie kołowrotu życia i śmierci (Shēngsǐ píláo, 生死疲劳). Wychodząc z założenia, że obie powieści są głęboko osadzone zarówno w chińskiej tradycji literackiej, jak i zachodniej poetyce postmodernistycznej, Autorka stawia tezę, iż są one przykładem chińskiej powieści postmodernistycznej. W rozdziale pierwszym wprowadza kontekst teoretycznoliteracki potrzebny do wyszczególnienia najważniejszych elementów poetyki powieści postmodernistycznej, drugi rozdział przedstawia zagadnienie literatury postmodernistycznej w kontekście chińskim. Kolejne trzy rozdziały zawierają analizę powieści Kraina wódki oraz Męczarnie kołowrotu życia i śmierci w kontekście zaprezentowanych we wprowadzających rozdziałach kategorii teoretycznoliterackich oraz specyfiki chińskiego postmodernizmu.
