Unpredictable Security: US and Russian Games on NATO’s Eastern Flank: The Example of Poland

dc.abstract.enThis chapter aims to study the influence of Russia and the United States on Poland’s security in the framework of NATO’s Eastern Flank. Furthermore, the author tries to answer the following question: what is the real significance of NATO’s Eastern Flank on the level of Poland’s security? After Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014, the security in Europe took a new dimension. NATO was faced with unpredictable security, it had to strengthen the Eastern Flank of the Alliance.
