dc.abstract.enThis work contains an analysis of the formation of the state's political system and the role of local government. The aim of the work is to describe and understand the political structure of the country, taking into account the importance of local government in the context of the functioning of the Republic of Croatia. The aspect of shaping the state from independence through authoritarianism to democratization and European integration was touched upon. Particular attention was paid to the process of selecting, functioning and financing local governments. The work focuses on a thorough description of the political system, analyzing the separation of powers and characterizing in detail each of its pillars. Based on the constitution, acts, publications and internet sources, it presents the functioning of state bodies at the central and local government levels.
dc.abstract.plNiniejsza praca zawiera analizę ukształtowania ustroju politycznego państwa oraz rolę samorządu terytorialnego. Celem pracy jest opisanie i zrozumienie struktury politycznej państwa z uwzględnieniem znaczenia samorządu terytorialnego w kontekście funkcjonowania Republiki Chorwackiej. Poruszony został aspekt kształtowania państwa od uzyskania niepodległości przez autorytaryzm aż do demokratyzacji oraz integracji europejskiej. Szczególna uwaga została poświęcona procesowi wyboru, funkcjonowania oraz finansowania samorządów na poziomie lokalnym. Praca skupia się na gruntownym opisie ustroju politycznego, analizując trójpodział władzy i szczegółowo charakteryzując każdy z jej filarów. Bazując na konstytucji, ustawach, publikacjach oraz źródłach internetowych, przybliża sposób funkcjonowania organów państwa na szczeblu centralnym oraz na poziomie samorządów lokalnych.
