Kulturowe funkcje mentoringu w świetle koncepcji Michela Foucault
| dc.abstract.en | The work is a cultural analysis of business mentoring in view of Michel Foucault's concept of "pastoral practices". The research part of the thesis devoted to the reinterpretation of business mentoring practices in view of the concept of "pastoral practices" is qualitative. It is aimed at identifying the program of "pastoral practices" in mentoring. It is based on the research method of humanistic management "critical reading of a text", which was embedded 4 in the Foucauldian methodology of "problematisation"/"interpretive analytics", with a broad understanding of the category of "text" as various manifestations of discourse. The results of the work allow for the suggestion that from the cultural point of view, business mentoring can be considered a secularized form of pastoral ministry. |
| dc.abstract.pl | Praca stanowi kulturową analizę mentoringu biznesowego w świetle koncepcji „praktyk duszpasterskich” sformułowanej przez Michela Foucaulta. Część badawcza pracy poświęcona reinterpretacji praktyk mentoringu biznesowego w świetle koncepcji “praktyk duszpasterskich” ma charakter jakościowy. Jest skierowana na identyfikację programu „praktyk duszpasterskich” w mentoringu. Opiera się na metodzie badawczej zarządzania humanistycznego „krytyczne czytanie tekstu”, która została osadzona w foucaultowskiej metodologii „problematyzacji”/„analityki interpretacyjnej”, przy szerokim rozumieniu kategorii „tekstu” jako różnorodnych przejawów dyskursu. Wyniki pracy pozwalają na sugestię, iż z punktu widzenia kulturowego mentoring biznesowy można uznać za zsekularyzowaną formę duszpasterstwa. |
