Oczekiwania rodziców i dzieci wobec przedszkola jako instytucji edukacyjnej

dc.abstract.enThe topic of the work concerns the key expectations and experiences of children and parents towards the kindergarten institution. Nowadays, a rapidly changing society demands more and more from itself and from the institutions surrounding them. It is important to first understand the expectations of the people using them. The theoretical analysis of the work is focused on understanding the roles of the teacher, child and parent related to preschool education. The research part focuses on understanding the needs of both groups, analyzing communication and assessing the quality of the provided educational services. The research took the form of a group interview and a questionnaire. The importance of kindergartens as institutions that support the holistic development of children was emphasized, meeting the expectations and needs of both children and their parents.
dc.abstract.plPodjęta tematyka pracy dotyczy kluczowych oczekiwań i doświadczeń dzieci i rodziców wobec instytucji przedszkola. W obecnych czasach szybko zmieniające się społeczeństwo wymaga coraz więcej od siebie i od otaczających ich instytucji. Istotnym jest, aby najpierw zrozumieć jakie oczekiwania mają osoby z nich korzystające. Analiza teoretyczna pracy jest skoncentrowana na zrozumieniu roli nauczyciela, dziecka oraz rodzica, związanych z edukacją przedszkolną. Część badawcza skupia się na zrozumieniu potrzeb obu grup, analizie komunikacji oraz ocenie jakości świadczonych usług edukacyjnych. W badaniach zastosowano formę wywiadu grupowego oraz ankiety. Podreślono znaczenie przedszkoli jako instytucji, które wspierają holistyczny rozwój dzieci, spełniając oczekiwania i potrzeby zarówno podopiecznych, jak i ich rodziców.
