Prawa nieletniej matki i jej dziecka w instytucjach opiekuńczo-wychowawczych - perspektywa resocjalizacyjno-pedagogiczna

dc.abstract.enThe thesis analysed an extremely broad and challenging issue, namely underage and minor motherhood in institutional settings. The study focused on the phenomenon of underage motherhood within the Mother and Child Home at the District Educational Center in Falenica. The perspective of the minor motherhood in care and educational institutions in Warsaw was also presented in order to provide a broader examination of the topic, investigating the rights of underage and minor mothers and the rights of their newborn children. The pedagogical aspect of the problem was discussed, addressing the development, needs, and possible consequences of unsatisfied needs in children, as well as the resocialization aspect which focused on legal issues regarding educational institutions. The main goal of the study is to answer the following research question: Is an underage/minor mother with behavioral problems and maladjustment suited to care for a child?. Each subsequent chapter of the thesis allows for an extensive examination of this problem. A detailed analysis ultimately led to answering the research questions and verifying the research hypotheses. This was achieved through qualitative research. Interviews with the residents of both the Mother and Child Home at the District Educational Center in Falenica and the residents of the Care and Educational Institution in Warsaw were conducted. Furthermore, interviews with the educators and heads of the above-mentioned institutions were conducted.
dc.abstract.plW pracy poddano analizie szerokie oraz trudne zagadnienie, jakim jest nieletnie oraz małoletnie macierzyństwo w warunkach instytucjonalnych. Przedstawione zostało nieletnie macierzyństwo realizowane w Domu dla matki i dziecka przy Okręgowym Ośrodku Wychowawczym w Falenicy. Ukazano perspektywę małoletniego macierzyństwa realizowanego w placówkach opiekuńczo-wychowawczych w Warszawie. Służy to szerszemu przyjrzeniu się omawianemu tematowi, przeanalizowaniu praw nieletnich i małoletnich matek oraz ich nowo narodzonych dzieci. Zaprezentowany został aspekt pedagogiczny, mówiący o rozwoju, potrzebach i konsekwencjach braku zaspokajanych potrzeb u dzieci oraz aspekt resocjalizacyjny, skoncentrowany na zagadnieniach prawnych, przedstawiający instytucje wychowawcze. Głównym celem pracy jest próba odpowiedzi na pytanie: Czy nieletnia/małoletnia matka z problemami wychowawczymi i niedostosowaniem może i powinna sprawować opiekę nad dzieckiem? Każdy kolejny rozdział pozwala szerzej przyjrzeć się owemu celowi, by ostatecznie podjąć próbę odpowiedzi na postawione w pracy pytania badawcze i zweryfikować postawione hipotezy. Osiągnięto to poprzez przeprowadzone badania jakościowe w formie wywiadów z wychowankami zarówno Domu dla matki i dziecka przy Okręgowym Ośrodku Wychowawczym w Falenicy, jak również wychowankami Placówki opiekuńczo-wychowawczej w Warszawie. Ponadto, wywiady przeprowadzono z wychowawcami oraz dyrektorami ww. placówek.
