Culinary Customs in Late Hellenistic Paphos Based on Cooking Pottery Deposit from the Well in Paphos Agora, Cyprus

dc.abstract.enThis paper concerns cooking pottery excavated during the Paphos Agora Project in Nea Paphos Cyprus dated to the Late Hellenistic period. The main emphasis of the text is to discuss the culinary customs in Nea Paphos based on the analyses of capacitance of selected cooking vessels.
