dc.abstract.enThe initial part of this paper focuses on the attempt to outline the stage history of Juliusz Słowacki's drama entitled Kordian. The introduction provides general information on this particular drama. Then six theatrical productions of Kordian are discussed chronologically, from the 1899 pre-premiere by Józef Kotarbiński to the 1970 performance by Adam Hanuszkiewicz. The centrepiece of the work becomes the analysis of the 2015 jubilee version of Kordian directed by Jan Englert in the context of the tradition of playing it on the national stage.
dc.abstract.plPoczątkowa część pracy skupia się na próbie nakreślenia dziejów scenicznych dramatu Juliusza Słowackiego pt. Kordian. We wstępie zamieszczono ogólne informacje na temat omawianego dramatu. Następnie, w sposób chronologiczny, zostaje omówione sześć realizacji teatralnych Kordiana od prapremiery Józefa Kotarbińskiego z 1899 roku do przedstawienia Adama Hanuszkiewicza z 1970 roku. Centralnym punktem pracy staje się analiza jubileuszowej wersji Kordiana w reżyserii Jana Englerta z 2015 roku w kontekście tradycji grania go na narodowej scenie.
