Problem Anschlussu w myśli politycznej Karla Rennera 1918-1938

Niniejsza praca magisterska podejmuje problematykę Anschlussu, to jest przyłączenia Austrii do Niemiec w okresie międzywojennym, w myśli politycznej austriackiego polityka socjaldemokratycznego, teoretyka polityki, kanclerza i prezydenta Austrii Karla Rennera. Praca ta podzielona jest na trzy rozdziały w układzie chronologicznym. Pierwszy z nich omawia młodość i początki działalności politycznej Rennera a także poglądy na zagadnienia narodowościowe w oparciu o źródła, teksty Karla Rennera wydane przed rokiem 1918. Rozdział drugi koncentruje się na okresie po upadku Austro-Węgier, omawia koncepcję Anschlussu na austriackiej scenie politycznej tamtego okresu a także jego wizję w myśli samego Rennera. Rozdział ten omawia także bieżące problemy wewnętrznej polityki austriackiej oraz wyzwania polityki międzynarodowej. Trzeci i ostatni rozdział dotyczy okresu rządów Frontu Ojczyźnianego i sam Anschluss, opinię i los Rennera wobec tych wydarzeń a także epilog jego kariery politycznej. Podział pracy warunkowany jest kluczowymi wydarzeniami tamtego okresu, rozpadem Austro-Węgier i austriacką wojną domową

This thesis addresses the issue of Anschluss, i.e. the annexation of Austria to Germany in the interwar period, in the political thought of Austrian social democratic politician, political theorist, Austrian Chancellor and President Karl Renner. This work is divided into three chapters in chronological order. The first of these discusses Renner's youth and early political activities as well as his views on nationality issues based on sources, texts Karl Renner published before 1918. The second chapter focuses on the period after the collapse of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, discussing the concept of the Anschluss on the Austrian political scene of that period and its vision in Renner's own thought. The chapter also discusses the current problems of Austrian domestic politics and the challenges of international politics. The third and final chapter deals with the period of Fatherland Front rule and the Anschluss itself, Renner's opinion and fate in the face of these events and also the epilogue of his political career. The division of the work is conditioned by the key events of that period, the break-up of Austria-Hungary and the Austrian Civil War.
