Czy kamery nasobne rzeczywiście spełniają swoją rolę? Wyniki badań aktowych w sprawach dotyczących spowodowania wypadku komunikacyjnego (art. 177 kk) i propagowaniu nazizmu, komunizmu, faszyzmu lub innego ustroju totalitarnego (art. 256 kk).

dc.abstract.enBody – worn cameras have become a permanent element of the police’s equipment. This thesis presents results of file examinations related to the use of body - worn cameras by law enforcement agencies and their usefulness in both preparatory and court proceedings. The following cases, that appeared in the Warsaw appeal court area, have been examined in the thesis: causing a traffic accident (177 article of Criminal Code) and propagating nazism, communism, fascism, or any other totalitarian regime (256 article of Criminal Code). During the study, attempts were made to answer the research questions by verifying several hypotheses. With the use of a created questionnaire, 91 cases under article 177 of the CC were examined. According to the results, the use of body – worn cameras by Polish police officers in not a common phenomenon. Therefore, it is difficult to draw precise and consistent conclusions. This is undoubtedly an area that requires further study.
dc.abstract.plKamery nasobne stały się trwałym elementem wyposażenia policji. Niniejsza praca prezentuje wyniki badań aktowych związanych z wykorzystywaniem kamer nasobnych przez organy ścigania oraz ich przydatności zarówno w postępowaniu przygotowawczym jak i sądowym. Poddane badaniu zostały sprawy dotyczące spowodowania wypadku komunikacyjnego (art. 177 kk) i propagowania nazizmu, komunizmu, faszyzmu lub innego ustroju totalitarnego (art. 256 kk) na obszarze apelacji warszawskiej. W toku badań starano się odpowiedzieć na pytania badawcze poprzez weryfikację szeregu hipotez. Za pomocą stworzonego kwestionariusza przebadano 91 spraw z art. 177 kk. Według wyników używanie kamer nasobnych przez polskich funkcjonariuszy nie jest zjawiskiem powszechnym. Z tego względu trudno jest wyprowadzić jednolite i spójne wnioski. Jest to bez wątpienia przestrzeń wymagająca dalszych badań.
