dc.abstract.en	This paper describes the theoretical bases of diagnosis and therapy of speech disorders in persons with extrapyramidal system disorders. It demonstrates the influence of the disorders on linguistic and communication behaviours of patients. The complexity of motor, emotional and cognitive considerations forming their speech are also described here.
