The aim of this paper is to analyze and compare them. Additionally, it presents different approaches to film analysis and how to conduct it. The genre of biographical film is described, as well as the history of LGBTQ+ minority representation in cinema. The paper also addresses the portrayal of fashion designers in popular culture and the phenomenon of their celebrity status. It also presents the biography of Saint Laurent and his achievements in the field of fashion. Thanks to the aforementioned aspects, the analysis becomes more comprehensive, taking into account the cultural contexts accompanying the productions.
