Les niveaux verbal et non verbal dans la conversation familière sur l’exemple du film Amélie

dc.abstract.enThe following bachelor's thesis analyzes verbal and non-verbal forms of communication as an integral part of human interaction based on selected scenes from the movie Amélie. The thesis describes and emphasizes that verbal and non-verbal elements are essential for communication to be clear and effective. It demonstrates that these two aspects complement each other, providing examples of various verbal and non-verbal forms that significantly impact the development of interactions and relationships between conversation participants. The theoretical verbal and non-verbal communication framework is discussed, presenting key definitions and concepts. It is pointed out that verbal communication relies on spoken and written language, while non-verbal communication includes, for instance, gestures, facial expressions, body posture, and eye contact. The interpretation of both forms of communication is also discussed. As a result, it is shown that non-verbal communication often reinforces or changes the meaning of the verbal message, and it is noted that a lack of consistency between verbal and non-verbal communication leads to misunderstandings and conflicts. Finally, an introduction to the analysis of the film Amélie and examples of scenes where both forms of communication are crucial to the film's progression are presented.

dc.abstract.otherLe mémoire de licence suivant analyse les formes de communication verbales et non verbales comme une partie intégrante des interactions humaines en utilisant des scènes sélectionnées du film « Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain ». Le mémoire décrit et souligne que les éléments verbaux et non verbaux sont essentiels pour que la communication soit claire et efficace. Il démontre que ces deux aspects se complètent, en fournissant des exemples de diverses formes verbales et non verbales qui ont un impact significatif sur le développement des interactions et des relations entre les participants d’une conversation. Les fondements théoriques de la communication verbale et non verbale sont discutés, présentant des définitions et concepts clés. Il est souligné que la communication verbale repose sur le langage parlé et écrit, tandis que la communication non verbale inclut, par exemple, les gestes, les expressions faciales, la posture corporelle ou le contact visuel. L'interprétation de ces deux formes de communication est également présentée. Il est montré que la communication non verbale renforce souvent ou modifie le sens du message verbal et il est noté qu'un manque de cohérence entre la communication verbale et non verbale entraîne des malentendus et des conflits. Enfin, une introduction à l'analyse du film « Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain » et des exemples de scènes où ces deux formes de communication sont une partie cruciale du déroulement du film sont montrées.
dc.abstract.plPoniższa praca licencjacka analizuje werbalne i niewerbalne formy komunikacji jako nieodłączne części interakcji międzyludzkich na przykładzie wybranych scen z filmu “Amelia.” Praca opisuje oraz podkreśla, że elementy zarówno werbalne jak i niewerbalne są nieodłączne, aby komunikacja była klarowna i efektywna. Udowadnia, że oba te aspekty uzupełniają się, podając przykłady różnych form werbalnych i niewerbalnych, które mają znaczący wpływ na rozwój interakcji oraz relacji między uczestnikami danej konwersacji. W pracy omówiono teoretyczne podstawy komunikacji werbalnej i niewerbalnej, prezentując kluczowe definicje i koncepcje. Wskazano, że komunikacja werbalna opiera się na języku mówionym i pisanym, natomiast komunikacja niewerbalna obejmuje przykładowo gesty, mimikę, postawę ciała, oraz kontakt wzrokowy. Przedstawiono również interpretację obu tych form komunikacji. W jej wyniku wykazane jest, że komunikacja niewerbalna często wzmacnia lub zmienia znaczenie przekazu werbalnego oraz zwrócono uwagę, że brak zgodności między komunikacją werbalną a niewerbalną prowadzi do nieporozumień i konfliktów. Na końcu, zostało zaprezentowane wprowadzenie do analizy filmu “Amelia” oraz przykłady scen, w których obie te formy komunikacji są istotną częścią przebiegu filmu.
