Les échos de l’enfance dans l’oeuvre de Gérard de Nerval

dc.abstract.enThe main objective of our thesis is to analyze the role of childhood memories in the works of Gérard de Nerval (Sylvie, Promenades et Souvenirs, Fantaisie). We address the issue of the omnipresent folk song in these texts, which represents a cultural layer connected to the environment of the Nervalian narrator’s upbringing. Our analysis is based on motifs such as dream and memory and examines the question of time and the search for identity through the return to the period of childhood.

dc.abstract.otherL’objectif de notre mémoire est d’analyser le rôle des souvenirs de l’enfance dans les œuvres de Gérard de Nerval, (Sylvie, Promenades et Souvenirs, Fantaisie). Nous abordons la question de la chanson folklorique, omniprésente dans ces textes, qui constitue une sorte de couche culturelle liée à l’entourage dans laquelle le narrateur nervalien a grandi. Notre analyse est basée sur des motifs tels que le rêve et la mémoire et examine la question du temps et de la recherche de l’identité à travers le retour à la période de l’enfance.
dc.abstract.plCelem niniejszej pracy jest analiza roli wspomnień z dzieciństwa w twórczości Gérarda de Nervala (Sylvie, Promenades et Souvenirs, Fantaisie). Kluczowa wydaje się tutaj kwestia wszechobecnej w tych tekstach piosenki ludowej stanowiącej swoistą warstwę kulturową związaną ze środowiskiem, w którym dorastał narrator utworów Nervala. Analiza opiera się na motywach snu i pamięci oraz porusza kwestię czasu i poszukiwań własnej tożsamości poprzez powrót do okresu dzieciństwa.
