Proces budowania zaufania społecznego do energetyki jądrowej w Polsce.

dc.abstract.enThe study addresses the subject of the process of building social trust towards nuclear power in Poland. Its aim is to analyse the actions of stakeholders owning a contribution to social acceptance creation for implementation of the government's project to build the first nuclear power plant in Poland. Plans to deploy nuclear power in Poland, as outlined in the Polish Nuclear Power Program created by the Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe, include the construction and commissioning of nuclear power plants with a total installed capacity of about 6 to about 9 GWe. The study carried out in this paper includes an exploration of the instruments used by government institutions, the Westinghouse Electric Company and individual educators to develop trust towards this project. The study addresses the complexity of the process of building public trust regarding the technology and the controversial nature of the nuclear power topic. It outlines how socially and historically determined perceptions of the risks associated with the technology were formed. It reveals what psychological and sociological mechanisms are liable for the social stigmatization of nuclear power. It also portrays how Polish society's attitude regarding this technology has evolved throughout years.
dc.abstract.plPraca podejmuje tematykę procesu budowania zaufania społecznego do energetyki jądrowej w Polsce. Jej celem jest przeanalizowanie działań interesariuszy, mających swój udział w formowaniu akceptacji społecznej dla zrealizowania rządowego projektu budowy pierwszej elektrowni jądrowej w Polsce. Plany wdrożenia energetyki jądrowej w Polsce, przedstawione w Programie Polskiej Energetyki Jądrowej stworzonym przez Polskie Elektrownie Jądrowe, zakładają budowę oraz oddanie do eksploatacji elektrowni jądrowych o łącznej mocy zainstalowanej od ok. 6 do ok. 9 GWe. Studium zrealizowane w tej pracy obejmuje zbadanie instrumentów kształtowania zaufania względem tego projektu, stosowanych przez instytucje rządowe, firmę Westinghouse Electric Company oraz indywidualnych edukatorów. Praca porusza problematykę złożoności procesu budowania zaufania społecznego do technologii i kontrowersyjności zagadnienia energetyki jądrowej. Przedstawia, jak utworzyło się społecznie i historycznie zdeterminowane postrzeganie ryzyka związanego z tą technologią. Wyjaśnia jakie mechanizmy psychologiczne i socjologiczne są odpowiedzialne za społeczną stygmatyzację energetyki jądrowej. Przedstawia także jak na przestrzeni lat ewoluował stosunek społeczeństwa polskiego do tej technologii.
