dc.abstract.enThe term good practices is currently fashionable and is often seen in academic, business and political discussions. It also appears in studies related to the promotion of employment solutions for people with disabilities. Good practices in the employment of people with disabilities may include various activities improving access to employment, eliminating discrimination in the workplace, and promoting a culture based on fairness in the workplace. The aim of the article is to present selected studies on good practices and to share my own experience as a researcher and sociologist participating in such a project.
