Mitos, leyendas y cuentos folklόricos en la gran pantalla. Reinterpretaciones de la literatura oral vasca en el cine contemporáneo

dc.abstract.plEn la tesis se estudian las relaciones transtextuales entre el cine y la literatura oral vasca en las producciones de ficción contemporáneas realizadas en castellano y/o euskera. El análisis se fundamenta en la propuesta metodológica de Gérard Genette (1989 [1982]) y su clasificación de tipos de relaciones entre los textos, y se realiza en referencia a los cuatro tipos de “cine vasco” que distingue Joseba Gabilondo (2020). El corpus se constituye de Las brujas de Zugarramurdi (2013) de Alex de la Iglesia; Amama (2015) de Asier Altuna; Handia (2017) de Aitor Arregi y Jon Garaño; las películas que forman la Trilogía del Baztán de Fernando González Molina, o sea, El guardián invisible (2017), Legado de los huesos (2019) y Ofrenda a la tormenta (2020); Errementari (2018) de Paul Urkijo y Akelarre (2020) de Pablo Agüero. En el proceso investigador nos interesa conocer qué motivos, personajes y elementos de leyendas, cuentos y mitos del folklore tradicional vasco reinterpretan las películas analizadas dependiendo del público destinatario y de la categoría de “cine vasco” en que se encuadra cada una; queremos saber qué textos preexistentes les sirven como fundamento y si las relaciones con estos textos se reflejan en las dimensiones narrativa o formal; reflexionamos también sobre la función de estas relaciones en referencia a la construcción del Otro. El análisis del corpus se coloca en el contexto más amplio de la producción cinematográfica que recoge manifestaciones de la cultura popular y/o tradicional vasca desde los inicios del cine en Euskal Herria hasta la actualidad.
dc.abstract.plPraca poświęcona jest relacjom transtekstualnym między współczesnym kinem fabularnym tworzonym w języku hiszpańskim i/lub baskijskim i baskijską literaturą ustną. Analiza opiera się na propozycji metodologicznej Gérard’a Genette’a (1989 [1982]) oraz stworzonej przez niego klasyfikacji typów związków między tekstami i jest prowadzona w odniesieniu do czterech kategorii baskijskiego kina wyróżnionych przez Josebę Gabilondo (2020). Materiał badawczy składa się z ośmiu filmów: Las brujas de Zugarramurdi (2013) Alexa de la Iglesia; El guardión invisible (2017) Legado en los huesos (2019) oraz Ofrenda a la tormenta (2020) Fernando Gónzalesa Moliny; Amama (2015) Asiera Altuny; Handia (2017) de Jona Garaño i Aitora Arregi; Errementari (2018) Paula Urkijo; Akelarre Pabla Agüero (2020). Badania skupiają się na tym, jakie motywy, postaci i elementy legend, podań i mitów tradycyjnego folkloru baskijskiego reinterpretują analizowane filmy w zależności od grupy docelowej i kategorii kina baskijskiego w którą się wpisują; jakimi tekstami się inspirują i czy nawiązują do tych tekstów na poziomie fabuły czy formy. Ponadto poddaję refleksji funkcję tych relacji w odniesieniu do strategii konstruowania Innego w badanych dziełach. Analiza korpusu umieszczona jest w szerszym kontekście kinematografii nawiązującej do baskijskiej kultury popularnej i/lub tradycyjnej od początków istnienia kina w Kraju Basków do współczesności.
dc.abstract.plThe thesis studies the transtextual relationships between cinema and Basque oral literature in contemporary fiction films made in Spanish and/or Basque language. The analysis is based on the methodological proposal of Gérard Genette (1989 [1982]) and his classification of types of relationships between the texts, and is carried out in reference to the four types of "Basque cinema" distinguished by Joseba Gabilondo (2020). The corpus consists of the following films: Witching & Bitching (2013) by Alex de la Iglesia; Amama (2015) by Asier Altuna; Handia (2017) by Aitor Arregi and Jon Garaño; the Baztán Trilogy by Fernando González Molina, consisting of The Invisible Guardian (2017), Legacy of Bones (2019) and Offering to the Storm (2020); Errementari (2018) by Paul Urkijo and Akelarre (2020) by Pablo Agüero. The paper investigates which motifs, characters and elements of legends, tales and myths of traditional Basque folklore the analyzed films reinterpret depending on the target audience and the category of “Basque cinema” with which each one corresponds. It also studies which pre-existing texts serve as the foundation of these films, whether the relationships with the pre-existing texts are reflected in the narrative or formal dimension of the films, and also in their function in reference to the construction of the Other. The analysis of the corpus is placed in the context of film production that includes expressions of popular and/or traditional Basque culture from the beginning of cinema in the Basque Country to the present.
