Oskarżenia wobec Kołłątaja w świetle Listu do przyjaciela Aleksandra Linowskiego

dc.abstract.enThis work analyzes the controversy surrounding Hugo Kołłątaj, with particular emphasis on accusations of Jacobinism. The aim is to assess to what extent these allegations are based on facts and to what extent they result from political disputes and propaganda during the Kościuszko Uprising. The work is based on the analysis of the source, i.e. Letter from a Friend by Linowski, written shortly after the end of the insurrection, and the interpretations of historians in order to understand how the accusations against Kołłątaj were created. An attempt was made to demonstrate the large role of political conflicts in creating a negative image of Kołłątaj, which leads to the conclusion that many of these accusations are the result of manipulation rather than objective facts.
dc.abstract.plNiniejsza praca zajmuje się analizą kontrowersji wokół Hugo Kołłątaja, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem oskarżeń o jakobinizm. Celem jest ocena, na ile te zarzuty są oparte na faktach, a na ile wynikają z politycznych sporów i propagandy okresu insurekcji kościuszkowskiej. Praca opiera się na analizie źródła, jakim jest List od przyjaciela autorstwa Linowskiego powstały niedługo po zakończeniu insurekcji , oraz interpretacjach historyków, by zrozumieć, w jaki sposób powstawały oskarżenia wobec Kołłątaja. Podjęta w niej została próba wykazania dużej roli konfliktów politycznych w kreowaniu negatywnego wizerunku Kołłątaja, co prowadzi do wniosku, że wiele z tych oskarżeń jest bardziej wynikiem manipulacji niż obiektywnych faktów.
