dc.abstract.enWolfgang Bauer (1942-2005) was an Austrian playwright who radically challenged the rules of bourgeois theatre and was a co-instigator of the theatrical revolution which gave rise to the beginnings of performative theatre. This article attempts to analyse his 1987 play Insalata mista. This work, a mixture of crime drama, political thriller and linguistic experiment, invites discussion about the essence of theatre and the nature of theatrical performance.
dc.abstract.plWolfgang Bauer (1942-2005) to austriacki dramatopisarz radykalnie kwestionujący zasady teatru mieszczańskiego i współtwórca przewrotu teatralnego, który dał podwaliny teatrowi performatywnemu. Niniejszy artykuł stanowi próbę analizy napisanej przez niego w roku 1987 sztuki pod tytułem Insalata mista, która sytuując się pomiędzy kryminałem, thrillerem politycznym a eksperymentem językowym stanowi zaproszenie do dyskusji nad istotą teatru i naturą przedstawienia teatralnego.
