Zrównoważony rozwój a zielony ład w przedsiębiorstwach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem Polski

dc.abstract.enThe following thesis focuses on the analysis of practices undertaken by Polish enterprises related to the goals of sustainable development and the green deal. In addition to presenting the definitions and goals related to these concepts, a study was conducted with selected companies that stand out on the market in terms of innovation and progress in implementing sustainable goals. The work also draws attention to the motivations and barriers related to the implementation of the 2030 Agenda and the Green Deal. It also emphasizes the importance of enterprises engaging in the green transformation and responding to emerging social and environmental challenges. Investments in innovation and their role in the development of the Polish market are also a very important element. All these activities, as demonstrated in the thesis, show that modern companies should undertake obligations resulting from sustainable development in order to gain a competitive advantage on the market and record positive financial results.
dc.abstract.plPoniższa praca skupia się na analizie praktyk podejmowanych przez polskie przedsiębiorstwa związanych z celami zrównoważonego rozwoju i zielonego ładu. Oprócz przedstawienia definicji oraz założeń związanych z tymi koncepcjami, przeprowadzone zostało badanie z wybranymi firmami, wyróżniającymi się na rynku pod względem innowacyjności oraz postępów we wprowadzaniu zrównoważonych celów. Praca zwraca także uwagę na motywacje oraz bariery związane z implementacją założeń Agendy 2030 oraz Zielonego Ładu. Podkreśla także istotę angażowania się przedsiębiorstw w zieloną transformację i odpowiadania na pojawiające się wyzwania społeczne i środowiskowe. Bardzo ważnym elementem są także inwestycje w innowacje i ich rola w rozwoju polskiego rynku. Te wszystkie działania, jak wykazane zostało w pracy, pokazują, że nowoczesne firmy powinny podejmować zobowiązania wynikające ze zrównoważonego rozwoju, aby zdobywać przewagę konkurencyjną na rynku i odnotowywać pozytywne wyniki finansowe.
