Transfer wiedzy i technologii z uczelni do otoczenia

dc.abstract.enThe article presents the characteristics of the transfer of knowledge and technology from the university to the environment and the directions of innovation policy in this area. The considerations indicate that the transfer should not be limited to research results, but also include education and consulting, including implementation, and the basis for effective cooperation should be the involvement of participants and a prepared action plan, setting goals and objectives, financing method etc.
dc.abstract.plW artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę transferu wiedzy i technologii z uczelni do otoczenia oraz kierunki polityki innowacyjnej w tym zakresie. Z przeprowadzonych rozważań wynika m. in., że transfer nie powinien ograni-czać się do wyników badań, ale także obejmować edukację i doradztwo, w tym dotyczące ich wdrożenia, a podstawą efektywnej współpracy powinno być zaangażowanie uczestników i przygotowany plan działania, określający cele, zadania, sposób finansowania itd.
