Wyzwania dla ubezpieczeń społecznych w Polsce w I połowie 2022 r. – wybrane zagadnienia

dc.abstract.enThe article presents selected challenges for social insurance in Poland in 2022 and their determinants. The challenges were analysed from the perspective of the activity of the Social Insurance Institution and its tasks. Reference was made to the fifi nancial situation of the Social Insurance Fund and expenditures on benefifi ts, mainly old-age pensions. Attention was paid to the fundamental principles of the old-age pension system and the need to secure the adequacy of benefifi ts paid out from this system. The background to all these activities are the strategic activities of the Department on the fifi eld of automation, digitalisation and digitisation of services for customers, implemented in the context of building a coherent e-administration in Poland.
dc.abstract.plW artykule przeanalizowano wybrane wyzwania dla ubezpieczeń społecznych w Polsce w 2022 r. i ich uwarunkowań, analizując je z perspektywy aktywności Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych i jego zadań. Odniesiono się do sytuacji finansowej Funduszu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych i wydatków na świadczenia, a głównie na emerytury. Zwrócono uwagę na fundamentalne zasady systemu emerytalnego i potrzebę zachowania adekwatności świadczeń z tego systemu. Tłem tych wszystkich działań są strategiczne działania Zakładu na rzecz automatyzacji, elektronizacji i depapieryzacji usług dla klientów, realizowane w kontekście budowania w Polsce spójnego systemu e-administracji.
