dc.abstract.enThe author emphasizes the growing importance of the institution of civil dialogue as a new channel of communication between the state and civil society organizations in negotiating and regulating social and economic issues that go beyond the sphere of labor relations. He also describes the difficulties related to the practical implementation of the civil dialogue. In the conclusions, the author emphasizes the fact that participation in various forms of civil dialogue has an impact on increasing the involvement of society in non-personal matters both at the national and local level.
