Podręczniki wojskowe jako narzędzie edukacyjne kadry podoficerskiej armii Księstwa Warszawkiego

dc.abstract.enThe text of the work presents the vision of the non-commissioned officer staff based on non-commissioned officer manuals. This assumption is compared to the reality of the Duchy of Warsaw. This dissertation introduces the reader to the trend of reforming the army by issuing specialized instructions for a specific group of the army. The work presents examples of what was expected of non-commissioned officers and what they should have worked on. It describes the role that non-commissioned officers played in the army. It lists the features and skills that a corporal or sergeant should have. It shows that in the person of a non-commissioned officer, soldiers could see, apart from a superior, a comrade, a guardian, an educator or a teacher. It discusses the difficulties in achieving the appearance of non-commissioned officers described in the textbooks.
dc.abstract.plTekst pracy przedstawia wizję kadry podoficerskiej na podstawie podręczników podoficerskich. Założenie to zestawia się z rzeczywistością Księstwa Warszawskiego. Niniejsza rozprawa przybliża czytelnikowi trend reformowania armii poprzez wydawanie specjalistycznych instrukcji dla określonej grupy wojska. Praca przedstawia przykłady tego czego oczekiwano od podoficerów oraz nad czym powinni oni byli pracować. Opisuje rolę jaką kadra podoficerska odgrywała w wojsku. Wymienia cechy i umiejętności jakimi powinien był charakteryzować się kapral czy sierżant. Pokazuje, że w osobie podoficera żołnierze mogli, oprócz przełożonego dopatrywać się towarzysza, opiekuna, wychowawcy, czy nauczyciela. Omawia trudności, jakie stały w osiągnięciu wyglądu kadry podoficerskiej opisanym w podręcznikach.
