Wpływ szyizmu na system polityczny współczesnego Iranu

dc.abstract.enThe thesis focuses on the influence of Shiite Islam on the political system of Iran and its people. Islam has always been a comprehensive system of societal organization, encompassing spiritual, ethical, political, legal, and economic aspects. The author examines the ideological foundations of the political system of the Islamic Republic of Iran, known as Khomeinism, and how these ideological principles affect the functioning of the state and the lives of its citizens. The thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter presents Khomeinism as the ideological basis of Iran's political system, explaining the dogmas and doctrines upon which Ruhollah Khomeini based his interpretation of an ideal society, embodied in the Islamic Republic of Iran. It provides historical, theological, and social context, showing the evolution of Muslim thought that underpinned the creation of Khomeinism. The second chapter discusses the system of velayat-e faqih, which combines theocracy with democracy in Iran. It introduces political institutions and positions, as well as the hierarchy of clergy, analyzing how the system integrates elements of theocracy with democratic mechanisms. This chapter also examines the practical implementation of Khomeinist fundamentals in Iran's political life. The third chapter presents changes in the political and legal culture of Iran since 1979 and their impact on Iranian society. It focuses on analyzing Iran's domestic and foreign policies in the context of socio-cultural transformations since the Islamic Revolution. The author also explores key stages of Iran's social and political development, seeking to understand the dynamics of social change and their effects on everyday life. The conclusion of the thesis considers the achievements and challenges facing contemporary Iran, emphasizing the role of religion, politics, and culture in shaping the country.
dc.abstract.plPraca analizuje wpływ islamu szi’ckiego na system polityczny Iranu oraz życie jego obywateli. Islam od zawsze był kompleksowym systemem organizacji społeczeństwa, obejmującym aspekty duchowe, etyczne, polityczne, prawne i gospodarcze. Autor bada podstawy ideologiczne systemu politycznego Islamskiej Republiki Iranu, znane jako chomejnizm, oraz jak te ideologiczne fundamenty wpływają na funkcjonowanie państwa i życie jego obywateli. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Pierwszy rozdział przedstawia Chomejnizm jako podstawy ideologiczne systemu politycznego Iranu, wyjaśniając dogmaty i doktryny, na których oparł się Ruhållah Chomejni. Skupia się na korzeniach chomejnizmu, jego głównych założeniach i wpływie na Iran po rewolucji islamskiej. Rozdział ten prezentuje kontekst historyczny, teologiczny i społeczny, ukazując ewolucję myśli muzułmańskiej, która legła u podstaw tworzenia chomejnizmu. Drugi rozdział omawia ustrój welåjat faqih, czyli połączenie teokracji z demokracją w Iranie. Przedstawia instytucje i stanowiska polityczne oraz hierarchię duchowieństwa, analizując, jak system łączy elementy teokracji z demokratycznymi mechanizmami. Rozdział ten skupia się również na praktycznej implementacji fundamentów chomejnizmu w życiu politycznym Iranu. Trzeci rozdział prezentuje zmiany w kulturze politycznej i prawnej Iranu po 1979 roku oraz ich wpływ na społeczeństwo irańskie. Skupia się na analizie polityki wewnętrznej i zagranicznej Iranu w kontekście przemian kulturowo-społecznych, od momentu rewolucji islamskiej do czasów obecnych. Autor przygląda się również głównym etapom rozwoju społecznego i politycznego Iranu, starając się zrozumieć dynamikę zmian społecznych oraz ich wpływ na życie codzienne obywateli. Podsumowanie pracy uwzględnia osiągnięcia i wyzwania, przed którymi stoi współczesny Iran, wraz z podkreśleniem roli religii, polityki i kultury w kształtowaniu tego kraju.
