Pamięć dzieciństwa we wspomnieniach emigracyjnych zebranych w tomie „Kraj lat dziecinnych” (1942)

dc.abstract.enThe dissertation entitled “Childhood memory found in emigratory reminiscences, accumulated in the anthology, titled “Kraj lat dziecinnych”, concerns the influence of childhood experiences of the homeland on the perception of it in emigrant’s adulthood. The purpose of this dissertation is to present the role that childhood memories plays in the way the homeland is portrayed in emigratory reminiscences, based on the example of selected texts accumulated in the anthology entitled “Kraj lat dziecinnych”. The dissertation consists of three chapters. The first chapter, entitled “Kraju lat dziecinnych “instrukcja obsługi” “ is an introduction to the key issues of the work. At the outset, I introduced the genesis of the anthology and its subject matter. Then I showed how the way of dealing with the thread about childhood in Polish emigratory literature after World War II changed. In the final part of the chapter I showed the specifics of the understanding of the genre of reminiscence by the authors of the anthology. In the second chapter, entitled “Dzieciństwo niejedno ma imię”, I attempted to convey the individuality of the several works of the anthology, by showing the means of expression used in the reminiscences, as well as the threades applied to express the main idea of the text. In the last chapter, titled “Palimpsesty temporalne – specyfika narracji tomu”, I took a closer look at the timelines which are present in the anthology and the correlations between them. For the analysis, I used selected texts from the anthology which is the subject of the study.
dc.abstract.plPraca pt. ,,Pamięć dzieciństwa we wspomnieniach emigracyjnych, zebranych w tomie Kraj lat dziecinnych dotyczy wpływu doświadczeń z dzieciństwa związanych z ojczyzną, na postrzeganie jej w wieku dorosłym przez emigrantów. Celem niniejszej rozprawy jest przedstawienie roli wspomnień z okresu dziecięcego, jaką odgrywają one w sposobie ukazania ojczystego kraju w emigracyjnych utworach wspomnieniowych, na przykładzie wybranych tekstów zamieszczonych w antologii pt. ,,Kraj lat dziecinnych. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. Rozdział pierwszy, zatytułowany ,,Kraju lat dziecinnych „instrukcja obsługi” jest wprowadzeniem do kluczowych zagadnień utworu. Na wstępie przybliżyłam genezę powstania zbioru oraz jego tematykę. Następnie ukazałam, jak zmieniał się sposób poruszania wątku dzieciństwa w polskiej literaturze emigracyjnej po II wojnie światowej. W końcowej części rozdziału ukazałam specyfikę rozumienia gatunku wspomnienia przez autorów antologii. W rozdziale drugim, zatytułowanym ,,Dzieciństwo niejedno ma imię, podjęto próbę oddania indywidualności poszczególnych utworów zbioru, poprzez ukazanie środków wyrazu stosowanych we wspomnieniach, a także poruszanych wątków, które służą wyrażeniu myśli przewodniej tekstu. W rozdziale ostatnim pt. ,,Palimpsesty temporalne – specyfika narracji tomu przybliżyłam linie czasu występujące w zbiorze oraz korelacje między nimi. Do analizy wykorzystałam wybrane teksty z antologii będącej przedmiotem badań.
