Zadania i kompetencje Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej dotyczące członkowstwa Polski w Unii Europejskiej

dc.abstract.enMaster's thesis entitled Tasks and Competencies of the President of the Republic of Poland regarding Poland's membership in the European Union focuses on the role of the President of the Republic of Poland in the field of shaping Polish foreign policy in the European Union, pointing out presidential powers and tasks arising from legal provisions, including the Constitution Polish Republic. The work focuses on the indicated presidential competences in art. 133 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, i.e.: ratification and termination of contracts international, appointing plenipotentiary representatives of the Republic of Poland and accepting credentials. The work also describes the cohabitation of the Council of Ministers and the President The Republic of Poland in the field of foreign policy by analyzing constitutional competences and tasks indicated for both above-mentioned bodies. The work allows you to learn about the subject arising dispute over competences between the President of the Republic of Poland and the President of the Council Ministers, which concerned the representation of the Republic of Poland in the arena international.
dc.abstract.plPraca magisterska pt. ,, Zadania i Kompetencje Prezydenta Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej dotyczące członkostwa Polski w Unii Europejskiej’’ skupia się na roli Prezydenta RP w zakresie kształtowania polskiej polityki zagranicznej w Unii Europejskiej, wskazując prezydenckie kompetencje i zadania wynikające z przepisów prawa na czele z Konstytucją Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej. Praca skupia się na prezydenckich kompetencjach wskazanych w art. 133 Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej, czyli: ratyfikacji i wypowiadaniu umów międzynarodowych, powoływaniu pełnomocnych przedstawicieli RP oraz przyjmowaniu listów uwierzytelniających. Praca opisuje także kohabitację Rady Ministrów i Prezydenta RP w zakresie prowadzenia polityki zagranicznej analizując konstytucyjne kompetencje i zadania wskazane dla obu wyżej wymienionych organów. Praca pozwala poznać tematykę powstałego sporu kompetencyjnego pomiędzy Prezydentem RP a Prezesem Rady Ministrów, który dotyczył reprezentacji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej na arenie międzynarodowej.
