Rola nauczyciela w rozumieniu dzieci w środowisku miejskim i wiejskim

dc.abstract.enThe goal behind gathering materials and writing up the findings was to obtain the opinions of 6th and 7th grade students from urban and rural schools on the social role of the teacher. The existing literature in the field of education served as an introduction to the considerations, and items relating to the teacher and his role in society were used to present the issue in more depth. The analysis was directed to various elements of the work of teachers taking into account difficulties, cooperation, or the rights and duties of teachers. A survey questionnaire consisting of 17 questions was used for this purpose. According to the data obtained, it appears that young people perceive teachers as people whose role is to impart knowledge or simply to teach according to the school curriculum. The results obtained indicate that the teaching profession is not sufficiently well perceived by young people, so the following analysis can be a contribution to analyzing this situation and thinking about possible solutions for the future.
dc.abstract.plCelem, jaki towarzyszył gromadzeniu materiałów oraz spisywaniu wniosków było uzyskanie opinii uczniów klas 6 i 7 ze szkół miejskich i wiejskich na temat roli społecznej nauczyciela. Za wstęp do rozważań posłużyła dotychczasowa literatura w dziedzinie edukacji, a ku bardziej dogłębnemu przedstawieniu zagadnienia posłużyły pozycje odnoszące się do nauczyciela i jego roli w społeczeństwie. Analiza została skierowana na różnorodne elementy pracy nauczycieli uwzględniając trudności, współprace, czy prawa i obowiązki nauczycieli. W tym celu został wykorzystany kwestionariusz ankiety składający się z 17 pytań. Według uzyskanych danych wynika, iż młodzież postrzega nauczycieli jako osoby, których rolą jest przekazywanie wiedzy lub po prostu nauczanie zgodnie z programem szkolnym. Uzyskane wyniki badań wskazują, iż zawód nauczyciela nie jest wystarczająco dobrze odbierany przez młodych ludzi, dlatego poniższe analizy mogą stanowić przyczynek do analizy tej sytuacji oraz zastanowienia się nad możliwymi rozwiązaniami na przyszłość.
