Wybrane aspekty czasu pracy nauczycieli

dc.abstract.enThe following thesis “Selected Aspects of Teachers’ Working Time” deals with the topic of teachers’ working time, other types of accounting of teachers’ curricula, as well as differences in the wages they get. Its aim is to focus on the system of working time for teachers by comparing the social approach to the profession, surveyed in an online survey completed by 75 participants. The thesis focuses on a thorough analysis of the basic issues concerning working time, which is understood as the time remaining at the disposal of the employer or, as in the case of teachers, at the disposal of the headmaster. At the same time, it indicates how the concept of class hours is understood and how it differs depending on the institution and the position occupied by the teacher. It also explains the issue of the curriculum and the weekly standard, together with a special indication of the specific ways of changes that may occur in case of a desire to reduce the curriculum, increase working hours by using, among others, overtime hours, etc. The work was written on the basis of source materials from scientific literature, laws, resolutions and regulations, as well as specialist articles available on websites WWW. Based on the results of the study, it turned out that the social perception of the teacher's working time differs from the actual system. More than half of the respondents to the survey pointed to a higher presumed free time for teachers than it actually is and assumed that the weekly working time teachers are required to work is lower than is implied by work considerations.
dc.abstract.plPoniższa praca „Wybrane aspekty czasu pracy nauczycieli” zajmuję się tematyką czasu pracy nauczycieli, innych rodzajów rozliczania pensum nauczycieli, a także różnic w wynagrodzeniu jakie one wnoszą. Jej celem jest przybliżenie systemu czasu pracy nauczycieli razem r porównaniem społecznego podejścia do tego zawodu badanego ankietą internetową, wypełnioną przez 75 podmiotów. Praca skupia się na dokładnej analizie podstawowych zagadnień dotyczących czasu pracy, który rozumiany jest jako czas pozostawania w dyspozycji pracodawcy, czy jak w przypadku nauczycieli, w dyspozycji dyrektora, jednocześnie wskazuję jak rozumie się pojęcie godzin zajęć i jak różni się ono zależnie od placówki i stanowiska zajmowanego przez nauczyciela. Tłumaczy również zagadnienie pensum i normy tygodniowej, wraz ze szczególnym wskazaniem konkretnych sposobów zmian jakie mogą zaistnieć w razie chęci obniżenia pensum, zwiększenia godzin pracy przez wykorzystanie m. in. godzin ponadwymiarowych itp. Praca została napisana w oparciu o materiały źródłowe z literatury naukowej, ustaw, uchwał i rozporządzeń, a także artykułów specjalistycznych dostępnych na stronach WWW. W oparciu o wyniki badania okazało się, że społeczne postrzeganie czasu pracy nauczyciela różni się od faktycznego systemu. Ponad połowa podmiotów odpowiadających na pytania ankietowe wskazało na wyższy domniemany czas wolny, jaki mają nauczyciele niż jest to w rzeczywistości, jak i założyli, że czas pracy w tygodniu, do jakiego zobowiązani są nauczyciele jest niższy niż wynika z rozważań pracy.
