Contemporary innovation processes and managerial issues

dc.abstract.enIn this paper we analyze the influence of open innovation on the structure and organization of the contemporary innovation process. The paper starts with a literature survey followed by a few empirical cases. On the basis of this, the multi-process model of innovation is presented. Afterwards we identify the main managerial issues or rather challenges to be faced by managers of innovation processes in enterprises.
