Estetyka porażki a marginalizacja tożsamości

dc.abstract.enThe aim of this paper is to juxtapose the aesthetics of failure with the marginalization of identity resulting from the apparatus of power's processes of subjugation. The concept of failure as a strategy opposing imposed identity patterns will be discussed, preceded by an analysis of Michel Foucault's knowledge and aesthetics of existence. Additionally, the relationship between aesthetics and politics will be explored to demonstrate the connections of these concepts with the art of failure proposed by Jack Halberstam. In the final part of the paper, examples of failure art will be provided, including animated films and the work of Olimpia Katarzyna Kozyra. I will also delve into queer aesthetics and the fourth space category as examples that fit well into the outlined aesthetics of failure.
dc.abstract.plCelem niniejszej pracy jest zestawienie estetyki porażki z marginalizacją tożsamości będącą wynikiem stosowanych przez aparat władzy procesów ujarzmiania. Zostanie omówione zagadnienie porażki jako strategii sprzeciwiającej się narzuconym wzorcom tożsamościowym. Pojęcie to zostanie poprzedzone analizą wiedzy ujarzmionej i estetyki egzystencji Michela Foucaulta, a także omówieniem relacji estetyki i polityki, aby pokazać związki tych koncepcji ze sztuką porażki zaproponowaną przez Jacka Halberstama. W ostatniej części pracy podane będą przykłady zjawisk sztuki porażki: filmy animowane oraz dzieło Olimpia Katarzyny Kozyry. Szerzej omówię również zjawiska queerowej estetyki i kategorii „czwartego miejsca” jako przykłady dobrze wpisujące się w zarysowaną estetykę porażki.
