Implementacja Civic Integration Act 2021 w Niderlandach: Rola i wyzwania NewBees w integracji imigrantów spoza UE, na przykładzie regionu Gelderland-Midden

Praca stanowi analizę implementacji Civic Integration Act 2021 (ustawy o integracji obywatelskiej z 2021 roku) w Niderlandach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem roli organizacji pozarządowej NewBees oraz wyzwań związanych z integracją imigrantów spoza UE w regionie Gelderland-Midden. W niniejszej pracy ukazano zarówno kontekst historyczny i prawny, jak i uwarunkowania lokalne, a także podkreślono znaczenie współpracy gmin holenderskich z trzecim sektorem jako kluczowego elementu skutecznej realizacji polityki integracyjnej.

The thesis is an analysis of the implementation of the Civic Integration Act 2021 in the Netherlands, with a particular focus on the role of the NGO NewBees and the challenges associated with the integration of non-EU immigrants in the Gelderland-Midden region. This paper presents both the historical and legal context as well as the local context and highlights the importance of cooperation between Dutch municipalities and the third sector as a key element in the effective implementation of integration policy.
