Unia Europejska wobec chińskiej inicjatywy Pasa i Szlaku - współpraca, rywalizacja czy strategiczne przeciwdziałanie?

dc.abstract.en	This Master’s thesis presents the European Union’s approach and an analysis of its actions in relation to the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative, launched by the Chinese government in 2013. Particular emphasis is placed on outlining the main objectives of the Initiative and its key features. Chapter One analyses and characterises the principles of the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative, taking into account its origins, key features, mechanisms and significance for Europe. Chapter Two presents the European Union’s stance on the BRI, its actions and the policy instruments employed in relation to Beijing. Chapter three, meanwhile, presents the example of Poland and analyses its situation in relation to the Belt and Road Initiative. The final, fourth chapter describes the significance of the BRI for the European Union, outlines the challenges and threats posed by the Chinese project, and assesses the coherence of European policy towards the BRI.
dc.abstract.pl	W pracy przedstawiono podejście Unii Europejskiej oraz analizę jej działań wobec Chińskiej Inicjatywy Pasa i Szlaku wprowadzonej przez chiński rząd w 2013 roku. Położono szczególny nacisk na przedstawienie głównych założeń Inicjatywy i jej najważniejszych cech. W rozdziale pierwszym przeanalizowano i scharakteryzowano założenia Chińskiej Inicjatywy Pasa i Szlaku uwzględniając jej genezę, najważniejsze cechy, mechanizmy i znaczenie dla Europy. W rozdziale drugim przedstawiono stanowisko Unii Europejskiej względem BRI, jej działania i użyte instrumenty polityki względem Pekinu. Natomiast rozdział trzeci przedstawia przykład kraju, jakim jest Polska i analizę jej przypadku wobec Inicjatywy Pasa i Szlaku. Ostatni, czwarty rozdział opisuje znaczenie BRI dla Unii Europejskiej, przedstawia wyzwania i zagrożenia, jakie niesie chiński projekt a także zawiera ocenę spójności europejskiej polityki względem BRI.
