Tymczasowe aresztowanie w Polsce w świetle art. 5 Europejskiej Konwencji Praw Człowieka

dc.abstract.en	This paper analyzes pre-trial detention in Poland in light of Article 5 of the European Convention on Human Rights, which guarantees the right to liberty and security of person. It examines whether national regulations and judicial practices meet the standards set forth in the Convention. It also presents numerous case law of the European Court of Human Rights and identifies the most common shortcomings and systemic problems in the application of pre-trial detention.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca poświęcona jest analizie tymczasowego aresztowania w Polsce w świetle artykułu 5 Europejskiej Konwencji Praw Człowieka gwarantującego prawo do wolności oraz bezpieczeństwa osobistego. W pracy zbadano czy krajowe regulacje oraz praktyka organów odpowiadają standardom wynikającym z Konwencji. Przedstawiono również liczne orzecznictwo Europejskiego Trybunału Praw Człowieka oraz wskazano najczęstsze uchybienia oraz problemy systemowe w zakresie stosowania tymczasowego aresztowania.
