Występowanie zjawiska bullyingu i przeciwdziałanie tej formie przemocy w wyższych klasach szkoły podstawowej

dc.abstract.enMaster's thesis entitled The incidence of bullying and countering this form of violence in the upper grades of primary school concerns the problem of bullying of teenage students in primary schools. The work is written based on the analysis of the literature on the subject. Bullying is intentional and repeated actions that are intended to cause physical, emotional or mental harm. The aim of the work is to understand why bullying occurs in this age group and what methods best counteract this problem. Analysis of the literature indicates that bullying often occurs due to lack of adult support, bad classroom management, unfavorable influence of peers and individual characteristics of students. Based on the literature analysis, I presented the most effective methods of counteracting bullying and good practices in this area. Based on them, I proposed recommendations for teachers, parents and educational decision-makers to improve safety in schools.
dc.abstract.plPraca magisterska pt. „Występowanie zjawiska bullyingu i przeciwdziałanie tej formie przemocy w wyższych klasach szkoły podstawowej” dotyczy problemu nękania nastoletnich uczniów w szkole podstawowej. Praca jest napisana na podstawie analizy literatury przedmiotu. Bullying to celowe i powtarzające się działania, które mają na celu wyrządzenie krzywdy fizycznej, emocjonalnej lub psychicznej. Celem pracy jest zrozumienie, dlaczego bullying występuje w tej grupie wiekowej i jakie metody najlepiej przeciwdziałają temu problemowi. Analiza literatury wskazuje, że bullying często występuje z powodu braku wsparcia dorosłych, złego zarządzania klasą, niekorzystnego wpływu rówieśników oraz cech indywidualnych uczniów. Na podstawie analizy literatury przestawiłam metody najskuteczniejszego przeciwdziałania bullingowi i dobre praktyki w tym zakresie Na ich podstawie zaproponowałam rekomendacje dla nauczycieli, rodziców i decydentów edukacyjnych, aby poprawić bezpieczeństwo w szkołach.
