Praca zdalna - regulacje prawne na podstawie Kodeksu Pracy

dc.abstract.en	This thesis consists of an analysis of a form of work such as remote working, based on the provisions of the Labour Code. It will analyse the provisions of the Act concerning this form of work. The first part will be devoted to discussing the institution of remote work during the COVID - 19 pandemic and the genesis of the definition of this form of work. The issue of the feelings of the employee doing remote work, based on scientific research, will be addressed. The following chapters of this thesis will present the rights and obligations of the employee and the employer, which are present in the Labour Code.
dc.abstract.pl	Niniejsza praca polega na analizie formy pracy, jaką jest praca zdalna, w oparciu o przepisy Kodeksu pracy. Zostaną w niej przeanalizowane przepisy ustawy, dotyczące tej formy pracy. Pierwsza część zostanie poświęcona na omówienie instytucji pracy zdalnej podczas pandemii COVID – 19 oraz genezy definicji tej formy pracy. Poruszona zostanie kwestia odczuć pracownika wykonującego pracę zdalną, w oparciu o badania naukowe. Kolejne rozdziały niniejszej pracy przedstawią prawa i obowiązki przysługujące pracownikowi oraz pracodawcy, które są obecne w Kodeksie pracy.
