Nienormatywnosc płciowa w sieci - geneza femboya.

dc.abstract.en	The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to examine the attributes of the internet as an environment for expressing gender non-normativity, to outline the image of femboy as an example of such non-normative gender identification, and to present the genesis of community built around this term. The research conducted as part of the work included the analysis of the literature on the subject and data available on the internet, such as definitions, thematic articles and memes. Research shows that the internet offers amazing tools for gender expression, but online environment is not without its drawbacks. On the one hand, the ease of establishing relationships and expressing oneself online, as well as the low-stakes nature of such activities, indicate good conditions for queer people. On the other hand, the inextricable connection of the internet with social phenomena from the real world, such as consumerism and conservatism, limit to some extent the freedom to adopt non-normative attitudes. The conclusions from the conducted research suggest the need to further develop awareness of non-normative gender identifications and analyze the processes that threaten them not only in real world, but also online. The work also highlights the need for further research in this area to deepen the understanding of the phenomenon and the processes surrounding it.
dc.abstract.pl	Celem niniejszej pracy licencjackiej jest zbadanie atrybutów sieci jako środowiska do wyrażania nienormatywności płciowej, zarysowanie obrazu femboya jako przykładu takiej nienormatywnej identyfikacji płciowej, jak i przedstawienie genezy społeczności zbudowanej wokół tego terminu. Badania przeprowadzone w ramach pracy obejmowały analizę literatury przedmiotu, oraz danych zastanych w sieci, jak definicje, artykuły tematyczne i memy. Wyniki badań wskazują, że sieć oferuje niesamowite narzędzia do ekspresji płciowej, środowisko to nie jest jednak bez swoich wad. Z jednej strony łatwość nawiązywania relacji i wyrażania siebie przez internet, jak i niskostawkowość takich aktywności wskazują na dobre warunki dla queeru. Z drugiej jednak, nierozerwalne połączenie internetu ze zjawiskami społecznymi z “prawdziwego świata”, jak konsumpcjonizm i konserwatyzm, ograniczają w pewnym stopniu wolność nienormatywnym postawom. Wnioski z przeprowadzonych badań sugerują potrzebę rozwijania świadomości na temat nienormatywnych identyfikacji płciowych i analizę procesów zagrażających im nie tylko w realnym świecie, ale i też w sieci. Praca podkreśla również potrzebę dalszych badań w tym zakresie, aby pogłębić zrozumienie zjawiska i procesów je otaczjących.
