Wsparcie instytucji kultury w Unii Europejskiej na przykładzie teatru

dc.abstract.en	The purpose of this paper is to analyze the various forms of support implemented by the European Union in the cultural sector, with particular emphasis on the situation of theater institutions. The genesis of the EU's cultural policy, its goals and the tools that are used to support culture at the European level are discussed. Special attention was paid to the theater, which plays an important role in the economic, social and cultural development of the member states. Selected projects implemented within the framework of EU support programs were analyzed, indicating their impact on the development of the theater sector, promotion of cultural diversity and European integration. The paper asks the question of the effectiveness of these activities in the context of the challenges facing the theater as an institution in a globalized world.
dc.abstract.pl	Celem pracy jest analiza różnych form wsparcia realizowanych przez Unię Europejską w sektorze kulturalnym, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem sytuacji instytucji teatru. Omówiono genezę polityki kulturalnej UE, jej cele oraz narzędzia, które są wykorzystywane do wspierania kultury na poziomie europejskim. Szczególną uwagę poświęcono teatrowi, który odgrywa istotną rolę w rozwoju społeczno-kulturalnym i gospodarczym państw członkowskich. Przeanalizowano wybrane projekty realizowane w ramach unijnych programów wsparcia, wskazując ich wpływ na rozwój sektora teatralnego, promocję różnorodności kulturowej oraz integrację europejską. Praca skuteczność tych działań w kontekście wyzwań, przed którymi stoi teatr jako instytucja w zglobalizowanym świecie.
