Alternacja kodu językowego w chińskich komunikatach internetowych – wybrane zagadnienia

dc.abstract.en	This thesis investigates how the phenomenon of code-alternation is applied on the Chinese Internet. This is achieved by presenting an overview of selected code-alternation themes and an analysis of examples in Chinese Internet Messages. Out of the five chapters, the first four form the theoretical part of the thesis. Chapter 1 provides a historical outline of research on code-alternation. Chapter 2 describes key definitions and clarifies the distinction between the terms: code-alternation, code-mixing, code-switching, and tag-switching. Moreover, it addresses the discrepancies found in academic discourse concerning the meaning of these English terms and their Polish equivalents. In Chapter 3, the types of code-alternation are discussed based on a specified classification criteria, while in Chapter 4 selected rules that govern this phenomenon are introduced. Finally, Chapter 5 presents an analysis of chosen examples of code-alternation in Chinese Internet Messages to identify how Chinese-speaking users of the social media platform Weibo code-alternate from Chinese to English.
dc.abstract.pl	Głównym celem pracy jest przedstawienie zjawiska alternacji kodu językowego oraz jego funkcjonowania w świecie chińskiego Internetu poprzez wgląd w wybrane zagadnienia code-alternation i analizę przykładów zmiany kodu w chińskich komunikatach internetowych. Praca składa się z pięciu rozdziałów, z których cztery stanowią część w znacznej mierze teoretyczną. W Rozdziale 1. przedstawiono zarys historyczny badań nad alternacją kodu. W Rozdziale 2. podano definicje związane z code-alternation, a także wyjaśniono różnice pomiędzy pojęciami code-alternation, code-mixing, code-switching i tag-switching, ukazując przy tym rozbieżności w dyskursie akademickim w znaczeniu angielskich terminów i ich tłumaczeń na język polski. W Rozdziale 3. omówiono rodzaje alternacji kodu językowego ze względu na różne kryteria podziału, a w Rozdziale 4. opisano wybrane reguły odnoszące się do zjawiska zmiany kodu. W ostatnim rozdziale dokonano analizy wybranych przykładów alternacji kodu językowego w chińskich komunikatach internetowych, co pozwoliło określić, w jaki sposób chińskojęzyczni użytkownicy portalu społecznościowego Weibo zmieniają kod komunikatu z języka chińskiego na język angielski.
