Wewnętrzne i międzynarodowe uwarunkowania ewolucji praw człowieka w Iranie w latach 2003-2024

dc.abstract.en	Since the late 1970s, the Islamic Republic of Iran has been struggling with widespread human rights violations by the regime against its own people, particularly women, ethnic and religious minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and so-called “opponents of the regime.” Over the analyzed period of 2003-2024, there were minor changes in the area under study, both in terms of domestic and foreign policy, but internal factors significantly prevailed, which ultimately led to a regression in the human rights situation in Iran rather than an improvement. The thesis analyzes the internal and international factors influencing the evolution of human rights in Iran in the years 2003-2024 and confirms that the lack of evolution in this area was largely influenced by internal factors, effectively blocking any changes in this regard.

Islamska Republika Iranu boryka się z nagminnym łamaniem praw człowieka przez reżim względem swojego społeczeństwa, szczególnie w stosunku do kobiet, mniejszości etnicznych oraz wyznaniowych, osób LGBTQ+ i tzw. “przeciwników reżimu”. Na przestrzeni analizowanych lat 2003-2024, dochodziło do drobnych zmian w badanym obszarze zarówno pod kątem polityki wewnętrznej jak i zewnętrznej, jednak w znaczny sposób przeważyły czynniki wewnętrzne, które spowodowały, iż w ostatecznym rozrachunku w Iranie doszło do regresu sytuacji praw człowieka, niżeli jej poprawy. Praca analizuje ów czynniki wewnętrzne oraz międzynarodowe wpływające na ewolucję praw człowieka w Iranie w latach 2003-2024 oraz potwierdza, iż na brak ewolucji we wspomnianym obszarze w większym stopniu wpłynęły czynniki wewnętrzne, skutecznie blokując jakiekolwiek zmiany w tym aspekcie.
