India, China and the United States - hegemonic calibration in the Asia Pacific

dc.abstract.en	This qualitative analysis focuses on the development of particular states involved in the Asia-Pacific. The analysis is divided into three sections: China, India and the United States. Thereinafter, a multifaceted analysis is performed relating to these states’ historical natures, their understanding of the Asia-Pacific economically, politically and in regard to security. Despite being a region of importance, the hegemonic construction of the region remains vague and requires clarification. The Asia-Pacific is polarized in regard to security and stability; where regional powers are competing for influence. India, China and the United States are all utilizing various strategies to secure influence in the Asia-Pacific
