Nie-tylko-ludzka przestrzeń a wykluczenie

dc.abstract.en	The work concerns divisions in the city space and their impact on local social dynamics in Krosno Odrzańskie. Starting from the problem of stigmatization of the Lower City, I analyze the role played in this process by human and non-human actors, including residents, the river, procedures and infrastructure. In my search for an explanation of the dissonance between large investments related to the revitalization of the city and the feeling of neglect of some residents, I relied on the analysis of the experience and perception of space. Explaining its role in the processes of exclusion was possible thanks to examining the relationships of residents with the material actors co-creating it and the reconstruction of urban spatial development strategies. I examined the tensions between residence and the related need for privacy and the power dispersed in various institutions and procedures that decides on interference in space. In doing so, I used concepts from political anthropology and the anthropology of policies. I also tried to capture the specificity of the area of the Lower City that I studied, examining the topographical self-narratives of the residents. I developed my reflection on the identity aspects of dwelling by referring to Tim Ingold’s theory and the tools of geopoetics.
dc.abstract.pl	Praca dotyczy podziałów w przestrzeni miasta i ich wpływu na lokalną dynamikę społeczną Krosna Odrzańskiego. Wychodząc od problemu stygmatyzacji „Dolnego miasta” analizuję rolę, jaką odgrywają w tym procesie aktorzy ludzcy i nie-tylko, m.in. mieszkańcy, rzeka, procedury czy infrastruktura. W poszukiwaniu wyjaśnienia dysonansu pomiędzy dużymi inwestycjami związanymi z rewitalizacją miasta a poczuciem zaniedbania części mieszkańców pomogła mi analiza doświadczania i postrzegania przestrzeni. Wyjaśnienie jej roli w procesach wykluczenia było możliwe dzięki przyjrzeniu się relacji mieszkańców z współtworzącym ją materialnymi aktorami oraz rekonstrukcji miejskich strategii rozwoju przestrzennego. Badałam napięcia pomiędzy zamieszkiwaniem i związaną z nim potrzebą prywatności a rozproszoną w różnych instytucjach i procedurach władzą decydującą o ingerencji w przestrzeń. Posługiwałam się przy tym pojęciami z antropologii politycznej oraz antropologii polityk. Starałam się również uchwycić specyfikę badanego przeze mnie obszaru „Dołu”, badając topograficzne autonarracje mieszkańców. Refleksję nad tożsamościowymi aspektami zamieszkiwania rozwijałam odwołując się do teorii Tima Ingolda oraz narzędzi geopoetyki.
